@jblancett Is there any chance you could look at this PR? There have now been three separate forks people have created specifically to update this Gem for the latest version of M/monit. I'd prefer to have a single, canonical version of this Gem rather than having multiple forks doing the same thing. |

@ajalexander Very sorry for such a late response here. I am no longer maintaining this gem as I no longer have a need for it and am too busy with other things. I would be glad to let you take over if you'd like to do that |

@jblancett What did you have in mind? Are you proposing that I push a new version of the gem to Ruby Gems or that I merge the code and have you push a new version? |

Update the M/monit API calls to M/monit 3.4. The basic read-only operations for the Status, Events, Users, Groups, and Hosts APIs are implemented.
Breaking changes:
